Essentials cleaning

Below are the standard tasks we perform for weekly, bi-weekly and monthly recurring service. We offer convenient flat-rate pricing for standard services.

​

Our flat rate pricing is based on the time it takes to clean the vast majority of homes of a certain size. If your home will take much longer than the average home of similar size and specs, our office will call you to see if you would like our cleaners to stay longer or if you'd prefer to give them room/task priorities.

​

Some clients choose to have a premium clean done of their home on our initial visit. We do not require this, however, please recognize that most homes not currently cleaned by professionals will take several cleanings to be brought up to maintenance level without and initial premium clean.

Kitchens:

 

• Clean counters and back splashes

• Clean sinks and faucets

• Wipe cabinet faces

• Clean exterior of large appliances

• Clean front and interior of microwave

• Clean or dust tables and chairs

• General dusting

• Wipe under and exterior of accessible small appliances

• Vacuum and/or mop floor

• Empty trash

 

Bathrooms:

 

• Clean toilets

• Clean counters, sinks, fixtures and mirrors

• Wipe cabinet faces

• Clean Tub and/or shower – does not include removal of hard water stains or mo

• Vacuum and/or mop floor

• General dusting

All Other Rooms - Living areas, Bedrooms, Office, etc:

Standard Cleaning Adds

 

• Clean inside refrigerator $40 if empty. $50 if food items need to be removed and replaced.

• Clean inside oven $40

• Clean inside cabinets and drawers $30-$80

• Clean sliding glass door (inside and out) $10 each

• Clean accessible inside windows $5 each pane

• Make Beds $5 each (client must leave fresh linen)

• Laundry (wash/dry) $10/load (fold) $10/load
